Harmony Light for Educators is a close relative to Harmony for Family Day Care, the
software package that over 95% of Family Day Care schemes in Australia use
for their administration.
This software has a similar look and feel to the scheme's
version of Harmony and consequently will help Educators and administration staff to
communicate and solve their problems more easily.
The software was specifically designed to help Educators to run their home
based business. It makes the task of looking after children, that much simpler,
by providing accurate Child Care Fee and Child Care Subsidy (CCB), (CCR), (JFA), (SCCB) & (GCCB) estimate calculations
alongside a very simple income/expenditure accounts recording and reporting process.
Educators have the option of using their schemes recommended fee schedule as is, or if deregulated, in conjunction with
their scheme, creating their own fee schedule. Using either method ensures that
the calculation of Child Care fees and Child Care Subsidies is simple, efficient
and links into the scheme recording process to comply with government CCMS reporting
requirements.
Harmony Light provides a simple Income/Expenditure accounting facility which helps simplify the Business Activity Statements (BAS) process and
produces detail or summary reports for taxation purposes at the click of a
mouse.
