All work that you do during the trial is saved and available after the trial. Even if the trial comes to an end before you receive the unlock code, don't worry, your data will be preserved and available after Harmony is unlocked. If you are having problems, e-mail or fax the details. When reporting a problem, please explain the exact nature and circumstances of the problem. It is very difficult to help when we get "Cannot download" or "I've tried 3 times and still no joy" please try to provide us with a clear explanation of the steps you took, and the eventual outcome, including any error messages. If you want to check that the download worked, then compare the size of the files on your hard disk to the size displayed in brackets after each of the download links. If they are not the same, the installation will NOT work.
