The Staff of Harmony Software would like to wish ALL our clients a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy Prosperous New Year. As tradition dictates, we will be closing down over the Christmas break and will be back in action again in early 2007.

The Support lines will CLOSE around about Noon on Thursday 24th December 2009 and will re-open at 9:00am on Monday 4th January 2010.

During that time, we will provide limited EMAIL support for emergency situations where it is absolutely essential to solve the problem before 4th January 2010.

This email support will be provided by a single 'dedicated' individual, who will monitor the email messages from his wireless laptop intermittently throughout the week. If it is possible to provide an answer to your question by email, that will be done, otherwise you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt only.

We thank you all for your support and understanding in this matter and we sincerely hope that this arrangement doesn't impact too much on your festivities and relaxation.
