As of 4th July 2011, the Base CCB rate will increase from $3.68 to $3.78. Unlike previous years, you are NOT required to upgrade the rates from here. You are now able to change the rates manually in Harmony Light.

Login to Harmony Light
Select Setup, Fee Parameters, Scheme Rules
Click on the CCB Tab
Click Change Rates
Enter 3.78 in the CCB Base Rate field
Click Apply (Do NOT change anything else)

Please Note: The CCB rates are set to come into effect automatically on 4th July, so you CAN change them any time, you DON'T have to wait until the 4th July to do this.
